About Me

Hello, I am Gaby Jabbour, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, with a practice grounded in international training and experience. I am licensed to practice in France, accredited in Lebanon by the Lebanese Order of Psychologists (LOPSY), and a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). I am also an accredited psychotherapist with the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP) and affiliated with the American Psychological Association (APA). Trained in clinical psychology and Psycho-Organic Analysis (EFAPO, France), I offer online psychotherapy services in French, English, and Arabic to clients in Québec, France, Lebanon, and internationally. I provide an affirmative, inclusive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space, particularly suited for individuals navigating questions related to identity, especially LGBTQ+ experiences, relationships, self-esteem, or life transitions. I support individuals dealing with anxiety, stress, depressive states, relational difficulties, or a sense of inner blockage. My approach is integrative and person-centered. It combines emotional exploration, body awareness, and reflective dialogue to help you better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and build a more peaceful and authentic way of relating to yourself and others.
