As a psychologist and a psychotherapist, it’s not only my job but my passion to help individuals reach their well-being despite the life challenges that they are facing. It has always been a pleasure for me to listen, care and help people reach inner peace throughout their daily exposure to triggers that keep them stuck or even draw them backwards in their negative thoughts. I believe that everything has a solution and that therapy is one of the solutions.
I support teenagers and adults who feel overwhelmed by everyday challenges like relationships, parenting, transitions, mood or anxiety. I use an analytical approach with CBT tools to address those difficulties directly while exploring their root cause.
