Experienced Cognitive behavioural therapist (CBT) and Hypnotherapist specialises in Rationale Emotive behavioural therapy (REBT). Rasha is a registered and accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, The National Counselling and Psychotherapies Society. The therapy is tailored for you to achieve your goal. Working with you on exploring the unhelpful feelings and behaviour and to challenge unhelpful thoughts and beliefs. The therapy sessions are structured, focusses on achieving goals and allows you to explore the essence of the past but mainly to focus on the here and now, the present issue experienced. Rasha focuses mainly on self-acceptance and self-compassion. The importance to be kind to self and we are only humans not super-humans, and we are worthwhile living this life regardless of the situation experienced.
