Mental health is an essential part of people’s lives and society. Poor mental health affects our well-being, our ability to work, and our relationships with friends, family, and community. My vision is to offer highly effective, compassionate, multiculturally sensitive and evidence-based mental health services by providing an open, warm, welcoming, safe and non-judgmental environment for a diverse community of individuals to experience the possibility of hope, healing and the ability thrive. My experience helps me to adopt the four goals, to describe, explain, predict, and change or control behaviors. Not all battles are visible neither are the victories.
