I’m Pia, a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, and I work with adolescents and adults who are navigating emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and the lasting impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. Much of my work is trauma-informed. This means I don’t just focus on symptoms, I help you understand how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and respond today. Whether it’s a specific traumatic event or a buildup of life experiences that still feel present in your body and mind, we work together to process it safely and at your own pace. With over nine years of experience, I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and EMDR, particularly for trauma processing and emotional regulation. But beyond techniques, what matters most to me is creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and not judged. I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you make sense of your story, reconnect with yourself, and gently shift the patterns that no longer serve you. In our work together, I aim to help you: - process and integrate difficult or traumatic experiences - understand emotional triggers and reactions - feel more grounded and in control of anxiety or overwhelm - build healthier, more stable ways of coping and relating You don’t need to have the “right words” or a clear story to begin. If something feels heavy, confusing, or unresolved—that’s already enough. Therapy can feel like a big step, especially when it comes to trauma. But it can also be a space where things finally start to make sense—and shift.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to start therapy. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or affected by past experiences, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to go through it on your own. I’m Pia, a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, and this is a space where we can begin to make sense of it, together.
