I believe that every person has the capacity for healing and growth, no matter how difficult their past experiences may be. My approach is rooted in compassion, empowerment, and evidence-based techniques, helping clients build resilience and reclaim their sense of self.
With almost 10 years of experience, I specialize in guiding survivors of trauma, sexual violence, torture, and abuse toward resilience and empowerment. I also support individuals facing depression and anxiety, helping them rediscover balance and confidence in their lives. I work with all age groups, using a CBT-based approach that explores the powerful connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My sessions incorporate mindfulness techniques to cultivate calm and clarity, along with exposure therapy to help you safely confront and overcome fears. Core Values in My Work: 🔹 Safety First – Healing starts with trust. I create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment. 🔹 Empowerment Over Escape – I don’t just help you cope; I help you take back control, rediscover your strength, and build the confidence to move forward. 🔹 Science Meets Soul – My approach blends evidence-based techniques with deep compassion, ensuring you get the best of both worlds: proven methods and genuine connection. 🔹 Healing Through Partnership – Therapy isn’t something I do to you—it’s something we build together. Your voice, your pace, your journey. What Can You Expect From My Sessions I bring a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard. While I tailor my style to each person’s needs, my sessions are typically engaging, interactive, and empowering—a balance between deep reflection and actionable change. I believe therapy should be a partnership, not a one-sided conversation. I guide and challenge my clients when needed, but I also respect their pace, ensuring they feel in control of their healing journey. My approach is direct but empathetic, helping clients face difficult emotions with both courage and self-compassion. I also believe in the power of authenticity and even humor—healing doesn’t always have to be heavy. While we work through difficult emotions, I find that moments of lightness and genuine connection can be just as transformative. Above all, I meet my clients where they are, offering structured guidance when necessary and space for self-exploration when beneficial. Whether you need a firm but gentle push forward or a quiet moment to process, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
