Clinical Psychologist accompanying individuals, couples, and women through emotional challenges, relational patterns, pregnancy, postpartum, and major life transitions. I integrate systemic therapy, psycho-organic therapy and trauma-informed care to help clients regulate, heal, and reconnect with themselves.
I am a Clinical Psychologist with a deep interest in the emotional, relational, and embodied dimensions of human experience. I work with adults, couples, and women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, stress, trauma, and the complexities of family and relationship dynamics. My therapeutic approach weaves together psycho-organic therapy, systemic therapy, mind-body regulation, and trauma-informed practices, allowing clients to explore their stories with depth and safety. I strive to create a grounded, compassionate space where each person can slow down, breathe, understand their patterns, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and inner alignment. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their sense of self ,gently, authentically, and at their own rhythm.
