I am Marwa Chouman, a licensed psychologist and a member of the Lebanese Order of Psychologists. One of my goals is to create a safe space that helps clients understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and bring about real change in their lives. I believe that psychological work is a journey of growth, and that every person has the ability to rebuild their inner balance when they receive genuine listening and appropriate emotional containment.
I am a psychologist whose work is centered on providing a safe and transparent environment that helps individuals understand their inner experiences, regulate their emotions, and develop effective coping mechanisms. I consistently strive to promote mental well-being through careful clinical work, active listening, and the establishment of a therapeutic alliance grounded in trust and respect.
I hold a professional master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Lebanese University, in addition to a Diploma in Education from the Faculty of Education at the Lebanese University. I have developed my expertise through a wide range of specialized trainings in therapeutic approaches, including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My professional formation is based on a combination of specialized academic education and intensive ongoing training, which enables me to provide effective psychological counseling.
