8 years’ experience

As a clinical psychologist and a licensed integrative analytic-systemic and cognitive and behavioral psychotherapist, my approach is rooted in holistic care that considers the whole person, mind, body, emotions, and social context, within a confidential and respectful therapeutic relationship that honors each individual's unique cultural values, beliefs, and experiences.

About Me

I am a licensed psychotherapist accredited by the Ministry of Health with eight years of clinical experience, providing holistic, confidential, and respectful care to adults, children, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds. My integrative approach combines analytic-systemic therapy, exploring how past experiences, unconscious patterns, and family dynamics shape current behaviors, with cognitive-behavioral therapy, supporting clients identify and change unhelpful thinking patterns in the present. I work with clients to resolve conflicts, strengthen personal and relational resources, and promote healthier patterns of behavior and communication. I treat a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, relationship difficulties, family conflicts, behavioral problems in children, grief, stress, and self-esteem issues. Using active, empathetic listening alongside clear communication, I tailor interventions to each person's unique needs, fostering healing, personal growth, and lasting positive change while addressing the connections between mind, body, and spirit. My practice remains closely connected to community needs, promoting dialogue and social responsibility as central to the psychotherapist's role.
